VIP Terms & Conditions
By booking a VIP Day with Michelle Risser, you agree to the following terms:
What’s Included:
A completed CEU application for your event or business, prepared in alignment with the accrediting body you choose.
Custom supporting documents including but not limited to: sign-in sheet, evaluation form, post-test, certificate of completion, and grievance procedure.
Live availability from Michelle throughout the process for check-ins, feedback, and collaborative work.
Email support as needed to assist with course planning or necessary pre-work.
Support for any corrections requested by the board for the same event covered in your VIP Package.
What’s Not Included:
Support for more than one CEU event or application.
Full course or slide content creation (Michelle will help structure your sessions to get them ready for CE approval, but you are responsible for writing the content).
Website, sales page, or LMS tech setup.
Guarantee of CEU application approval (Michelle will support your best chance of approval by following all applicable guidelines but can not make any guarantees).
Ongoing coaching or support beyond the CE approval unless you sign up for ongoing support.
Editing or reviewing unrelated materials outside of your CEU application.
Client Responsibilities:
You agree to complete a pre-day intake form and provide requested information/materials by the agreed-upon start-date.
You agree to be available via email, Voxer, and/or text for questions and quick collaboration.
Payment & Cancellation:
Full payment is required to book your VIP Package
Prices start at $1.5K and depend on the size and level of complexity of your event.
By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
