FAQs

I can't change my work and I can't change my responsibilities, so how is it possible for me to feel better?

Yes, as a therapist and mom, you are in the unique position of being doubly depleted at work and home. The great news is, you can still change the way you feel! We'll work on letting go of mom guilt, minimizing the drains on your time and energy and building an arsenal of tools and strategies to help you build self-care into your daily life. You don't have to quit your job (unless you want to!), run away to a desert island or hang on by your fingernails until holiday break. You can feel better in the life you have.

I already have no time. How can I do this?

I'm a therapist and mom too. I get it. This program was made specifically for you. If you can spend 20 minutes or so most days for yourself, you have time for this. Everything else in the program is designed to fit into your life with no extra time.

Do I need to show up at a particular time?

Nope! Based on feedback from previous clients, there are no scheduled meetings in this program. You can go through everything when it works for you, and you can even Voxer message me at 2am for support. (I'll be asleep, but I'll happily respond the next weekday!)

Do I do this once and it's done or do I do it over and over?

As you know, burnout and exhaustion can be cyclical and creep up on us from time to time. This program will provide you with tools and strategies that you can use throughout your career. You may not go through the whole program again, but you can if you want to! Think of this program as a toolbox that you can pull out when you start to notice those early warning signs. You have lifetime access to the materials, and my hope for you is that you will revisit them from time to time so you never have to climb back out from full-blown burnout again.
