Yes you ARE an expert.

Every single person has their own unique combination of knowledge, education, lived experience and passion that sets them apart. Once you discover that thing, doors open for you to share your expertise with the people who need to learn from YOU. 

2) Progress at your own pace

There is no such thing as behind.

Everyone has their own pace, and you are not "falling behind". Wherever you are today is where you need to be! Starting today, carve out a small amount of time each week to work on your CEU training or other projects and offers. Consistency is key. Done is done whether you get there slow and steady or fast and furious; there is no wrong pace! 

3) Authenticity

Imposter syndrome does not apply to you.

Almost everyone who puts themselves out there to do something new faces the dreaded "imposter syndrome". It's that voice that tells you that you don't know enough, you're not ready, someone else is better/ smarter/ more established", blah blah blah.

These thoughts are NOT reality, they are just your nervous system telling you that it wants you to go back to being small and safe. Nope! Not this time. You are NOT an impostor, you are YOU showing up with your unique voice, personality, expertise and wisdom. There's nothing impostor about that. 

4) Collaboration, not competition.

"A rising tide lifts all boats." When one of us succeeds, this inspires others to reach further too. We celebrate success and lift each other up! This business is built on collaboration and partnership with others who share similar interests and areas of expertise, and we recognize that only WE can share our knowledge in our own unique way, with our own voice and experience. 

We encourage everyone to collaborate, network and support each other because we can go so much further together than we can alone. 

While inspiration is a wonderful thing, we never stand for plagarism or copying someone's work. We are experts here,  we create our own unique and brilliant trainings and offers! 

5) Diversity and Inclusion

We lift up marginalized voices and celebrate diversity. We know that race, culture, sexual orientation, religion, lived experience and neurodiversity make our expertise even more rich and powerful. CE providers are encouraged (and even required by some boards) to address cultural diversity and social justice in every training. We also strive to have accessible, responsive websites and digital assets and provide all necessary accomodations.
